About The Role

• Crew resource planning and deployment including but not limited to monthly roster publication, associated records and statistics.

• Representing Crew Rostering Team to support and fine tune the current rostering system as well as the implementation of 3rd party system integration and migration if any to enhance the team efficiency.

Responsibilities

Crew Management System support (Merlot)

  • System administrative task including user role management, monthly invoice handling and SLA verifications.
  • As a project coordinator and system contact point to follow up system change request and consolidate user requirements for new requirements.
  • As an internal system contact point for crew management system integrated with 3rd party systems.

In support of new Crew Management System cut over

  • As a representative of Rostering team on issues arising from the new Crew Management System
  • Participate in the new system process mapping discussion, internal UAT, consolidate feedback from Crew Rostering, provide input to assist the new system Project Manager.
  • Identify areas of crew rostering business process change in preparation for the new system implementation.
  • Support Rostering team during system implementation, and post system cutover.

Crew Rostering

  • Issue the monthly cabin crew roster on the date as approved by local regulatory authority.
  • Arrange cabin crew logistics (such as air-tickets, hotels, and visas) during roster planning stage.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
  • Participate in specific working group as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • University degree holder or equivalent, with training and working experience in data analysis or system support.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related discipline
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in electronic Crew Management System is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite are essential.
