Position Objective:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on pilot recruitment and onboarding for HK Express. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating interviews and documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new joiner pilots.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for pilot positions, ensuring seamless and efficient candidate experience.
• Conduct application screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks for potential pilot candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new pilots, including coordination of medical appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation as needed.
• Assist new hires in completing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and outreach programs to source potential candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with flight schools, aviation organizations, recruitment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Keep qualified pilot candidates in the talent pool.
• Maintain connections and network with pilot candidates to keep them engaged and informed in future opportunities.
• Overseas travel for recruitment events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on pilot recruitment or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and talent attraction strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
