Role Purpose

• Report to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew for any performance or people issues of the Flight Attendant (FA) team.
• Accountable for team’s performance, manage and lead FA team's performance, especially to the new joiners and provide coaching to the team to ensure full compliance with service and safety standards.
• Conduct monthly Team Flying with the respective FA team. Regularly meet with members to provide coaching and follow up on related issues.
• Engage, motivate, and build team spirit of the team; meet each of their respective FAs at least once a year.
• Provide feedback to the Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Management Team on overall performance, promotion suggestions, and development opportunities of the team.
• Disseminate the company’s information.
• Any other ad-hoc project or related support duties as assigned.
• Perform ground duty (1 day of Office Duty per month).
• Perform flying duty.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 years’ working experience in aviation industry with supervisory role preferably with 2 years of flying experience in HK Express;
• Ability to inspire, build trust and respect among the crew community.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure.
