Role Purpose
- Provide one-on-one coaching to their FA team during team flying monthly and ground duty (1 day Office Duty per month), meet each of their FA at least once a year, facilitating their integration into the UO culture.
- Offer constructive feedback and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, helping new joiners understand and embrace the values and expectations of the UO community.
- Identify their FA team with substandard performance and develop tailored improvement plans, ensuring accountability and support.
- Foster a positive team environment through team-building activities and regular engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate open communication within the team, promoting collaboration and mutual support.
- Collaborate with AMCC and CCM team to align team goals with Company objectives.
- Track their FA team’s overall performance assessment and /or scores to assess the effectiveness of coaching and mentorship efforts.
- Report to AM, Cabin Crew for any performance or people issues of the FA team. Provide regular reports on team performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Disseminate the company’s information.
- Any other ad-hoc related support duties assigned.
- Perform flying duty.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 years’ working experience in aviation industry with supervisory role preferably with 2 years of flying experience in HK Express;
- Ability to inspire, build trust and respect among the crew community.
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure.
