Role and Responsibilities

• Generate maintenance requirements (“MR”) health check reports for planning engineer review and analysis (MR Function)
• Review maintenance task feedback and highlight findings to planning engineer to follow up action (MR Function)
• As needed, review maintenance history for maintenance event forecast preset (MR Function)
• Support planning engineer to provide component maintenance history for maintenance requirement goods receiving process
• Review and compare maintenance records of loose equipment vs maintenance interface system (MIS)
• Process MIS entry of part basic, part limitation, rotable creation and rotable data correction
• Generate configuration data health check reports for planning engineer review and analysis
• Assist in aircraft / component configuration data operation (allowed configuration assignment / position assignment / discrepancy resolution)
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboard if necessary
• Responsible for complying with the company Safety Policy and other associated policies applicable to the position
• Responsible for reporting hazards and events concerning safety and security through company’s safety reporting system
• Responsible for participating in and/or completing the safety, security or quality related training as assigned by the company, within the specified timeframe

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Aviation discipline, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of AMS / aircraft maintenance requirement / aircraft configuration management
• Experience with aircraft and component maintenance record is preferrable
• Good at Microsoft office and database software usage
• Experience with Power BI or SQL is an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
