Role Purpose

Develop and execute regional revenue management strategies to deliver budgeted revenue targets

Lead demand forecasting and performance monitoring using booking curves, forward indicators, and market intelligence to identify risks and opportunities early

Optimize pricing and inventory controls (availability, fare structure discipline, tactical actions to maximise revenue and improve revenue quality

Produce clear, actionable insights through route/market deep-dives (pick up, dilution/displacement, promo effectiveness, competitive impacts)

Provide revenue-led input to capacity and schedule decisions through regular performance reviews and scenario analysis

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution/ E-commerce, and Network Planning to align commercial initiatives with RM strategy and controls

Lead, coach, and develop a team of RM specialists; embed strong governance, cadence, and decision standards.

Drive RM transformation and continuous improvement initiatives (process, automation, reporting, tools adoption) to uplift capability and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution
- 5 years revenue management experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role;
- Strong knowledge of Airline Revenue Management and Pricing; experience in these areas will be a significant advantage
- Practical experience in Project Management preferred;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Independent, proactive, and capable of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Proficient in Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel, with strong data-handling and modelling skills
