Objective

We are seeking a business insights specialist to spearhead the generation, implementation, and analysis of omni-channel use cases. This role involves identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve customer experience, boost revenue, and optimize costs across all direct channels. Additionally, you will extract and analyze data to measure and report on the performance of direct channels, marketing channels, and omni-channel initiatives.

Success in this position requires experience in data analytics and insights, customer data platforms, or digital marketing. Additionally, strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential. The candidate should work well with cross-functional teams and external partners to create innovative and impactful solutions.

Role Purpose

  • Create and implement omni-channel strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. This involves defining the case, journey, value proposition, success metrics, and implementation plan for each strategy.
  • Conduct market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and data mining to generate insights and recommendations, identifying customer pain points, preferences, behaviours, and needs across channels.
  • Extract and analyze data to measure and report the effectiveness and ROI of commercial and omni-channel strategies, designing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and trends.
  • Manage the omni-channel project portfolio, including scope, budget, timeline, risks, and issues, coordinating with stakeholders, managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and integration of omni-channel solutions, providing guidance and support, and facilitating alignment with the overall analytics vision and strategy.
  • Perform end to end a/b testing and optimize omni-channel experiences and content to increase conversion rate.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, customer insights, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Google Cloud Big Query, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Experience in measuring KPIs, and calculating ROI on investment
