Responsibilities

Passenger Ancillaries

• Ancillary Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to deliver ancillary revenue target
• Data Based Culture: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new revenue opportunities
• Cross Team Collaborations: Partner with other commercial business units, such as Ground Service, Inflight Service, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Product Pricing: Manage the pricing and inventory of ancillary products and services
• Product Development and Partnerships: Identify emerging revenue opportunities, trends and travel partnerships to develop new ancillary products for customers.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• P&L Management: Keep strong control on each ancillary project & product spending to maximize revenue opportunity and improve profitability.

Cargo handling

• Work with various stakeholders, including HK Express ground operation team & Cathay Cargo claim team to make sure cargo operation & the documents being handled within Cathay Group Cargo standard.
• Coordinate with Cathay Cargo to maximize HK Express cargo business opportunities from worldwide markets.
• Track & analyze the cargo performance on a regular or ad hoc basis.

Budget

• Deliver ancillary revenue budget.
• Strong budget discipline on each ancillary project & product spending to improve profitability.
• Work with stakeholders to achieve overall revenue budget and ancillary awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience from aviation / tourism ancillary revenue management
• Knowledge of the airline industry and ancillary revenue streams
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
