Responsible for assisting the Manager, Flight & Cabin Quality with effective implementation of the quality assurance program of flight operations in Hong Kong Express Airways, and relevant suppliers of operational services.
Assist in maintaining a system of Quality Assurance audits in line with the policy promulgated in the Quality Management System Manual, including a best practice internal audit program of all Flight Operations safety and quality critical functions.
Conduct the Quality Inspection program for Flight Operations.
Support Hong Kong Express Airways on the IATA IOSA registry with a focus on FLT IOSA disciplines.
Act as a Lead Auditor and/or Auditor for Internal Audits and Supplier Audits as per qualification level, contributing the number of audits to meet the company, regulatory or IOSA requirements.
Identify potential hazard, safety and security threat and report to headquarter timely, carry out follow up action for risk mitigation;
Issue Corrective Action Report (CAR) to respective section and station on audit finding, giving recommendation and follow up on CAR closing;
Provide professional advice and recommendation in quality assurance and safety related policy and procedure;
Support LOSA Programme.
Other duties as directed by MFCQ.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Minimum two years’ experience in Flight Operations
Holder of an ATPL and having at least five years’ experience as a pilot on transport category aircraft with MTOW above 5700kg is an advantage.
Formally trained in Auditor or Aviation Auditor is preferrable.
Formally trained to conduct IOSA Internal Audit is preferrable.
Formally trained to conduct LOSA is preferable.
Knowledge in Flight Operations.
Knowledge in airline’s Safety Management System, Quality Management System and Security Management System.
Familiarity with CAD360 Part 1 and IOSA program.
