Main responsibilities
- To provide essential administration support within OCC section;
- To maintain the records, document control and publication for OCC Operations Standard team;
Role Purpose
- Seek advice from superior to make decision significantly affecting the operational security and/or decision regarding safety risk tolerability with respect to the safety and/or security of aircraft operations;
- Be responsible for ensuring operations under their responsible areas are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and HKEA’s policies, standards and requirements;
- Verify the invoices for Operations Control Centre;
- Maintain relevant records of OCC Operations Standard team, such as document control records, OCCN, CCLN and OSM acknowledgement records and training records of OCC personnel;
- Be responsible for publication of OCCN and CCLN;
- Be the minutes taker of OCC Standard Meeting;
- Provide other general administrative support in the Operations Control Centre;
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors;
- Participate in specific working group as assigned by superiors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong number and mathematical sense;
- Strong knowledge in QMS;
- Experience in general clerical work preferred;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
