Role Purpose
- Maintain all flights On Time Performance in terms of crew reassignment;
- Ensure all roster requirements are fulfilled and crew members are legally performed duties under CAD 371;
- Analyse and prepare up-to-date record on crew status and roster for management when required;
- Provide coaching to new joiner during On-The-Job training for Crew Control procedure and responsibility;
- Support the team on daily operations, and provide crew manpower status and utilization plan to AMCCTL & MCCTL for operations and under flight disruption;
- Assist AMCCTL & MCCTL on cases investigation involving on roster enquiries and amendments;
- Support company business process change. Provide guidance of SOP and internal guidelines to subordinates;
- Assist AMCCTL & MCCTL in maintaining subordinate’s performance at high standard and ensure company OKR are met;
- Collaborate with FOP, IFS and rostering teams on roster amendment and ad-hoc leave arrangement;
- Assist AMCCTL & MCCTL in overseeing the implementation of crewing systems and automation projects relating to Crew Control when required;
- Identify potential crewing problems that affect operations and provide solutions proactively;
- Cover Crew Control shift when required;
- Prepare daily shift report and assign staff daily staff;
- Prepare crew document data to briefing office and authorities for flight document preparation when required;
- Provide support to departmental/section/team projects as assigned;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors;
- Participate in specific working group as assigned by superiors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Secondary educated or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related discipline;
- Thorough knowledge in aviation crew reassignment or rostering;
- Good command of both spoken and written capability in English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred but not essential;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Willing to work shift duties with early start and/or late finish (including overnight shift).
