Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and implement the re-development of HK Express HRIS Transformation project
- Provide functional expertise in areas of core HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management and learning management
- Lead data integration and mapping process, ensure security, end-user access and data integrity across all HR platforms
- Liaise and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure that HRIS Transformation projects remain on track and are completed according to schedule;
- Provide functional and UAT support such as managing enquiries from internal stakeholders, managing data integrity, system errors etc.
- Prepare and draft procedures/training manuals/guidelines/ HR process maps, maintain documentation and conduct user training;
- Develop and update HR analytics reports for management review and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Degree holder, preferable major in Human Resources, Information system or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5+ years relevant experience in HRIS related fields. Familiar with HR system areas of core HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management and learning management
- Strong project management skills, knowledge in the implementation and usage of SAP SuccessFactors HRIS full suite a strong advantage
Desirable Qualities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and written in and organized and concise manner
- Experience in documenting and mapping of HR processes
- Ability to evaluate and determine the best solution forward when responding to a request from various group in HR and make necessary changes
- Recognizes opportunities and issues and apply creative thinking to maximise performance
- Full-life-cycle HRIS project implementation experience is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Visio, Excel and Powerpoint, Power BI
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a team. Eager to learn.
