Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to ramp operations to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, IATA and HKE requirements;
  • Monitor changes in regulatory bodies or HKE requirements and evaluate the potential impact of changes on ground operations. Distribute operational notices to stakeholders when needed;
  • Create, update and maintain training materials in accordance with company requirements;
  • Evaluate various training delivery methods to identify the most cost-effective and operationally efficient solutions;
  • Manage and ensure proper retention of training records;
  • Prepare and coordinate training plans for internal staff and external service providers as needed;
  • Serve as Ground Services representative, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on new initiatives, products, and services development and implementation;
  • Assist in station launch preparations, including organizing meetings with new stations service providers and onsite inspections;
  • Create and maintain database for data analysis as well as prepare presentation materials for management review;
  • Identify hazards and risks, conduct risk assessments and consult with superiors for decisions impacting operational security and safety risk tolerability;
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Tertiary graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in aviation industry;
  • Solid knowledge in passenger related policies and procedures, intermodal operations or training is a must while working experience in an airline’s head office would be an advantage;
  • Strong presentation, analytical and project management skill;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
