Role Purpose

• Assist Technical Record Officers / Supervisor to perform technical log and cabin log data entry in MIS;
• File the hard copies of the technical documents and check sheets;
• Maintain the electronic record of technical documents as well as the SSFDR, CVR and Slide Deployment Videos;
• Assist the Technical Record / Planning Team for daily operation or other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Planning Manager or Engineers.

The Ideal Candidate

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification;
• Related working experience is preferred but not a must;
• Agile, self-motivated and a good team player; 
• Good at Microsoft Office and data base software usage;
• Basic understanding with PowerBI or SQL is an advantage but not essential;
• Able to work as part-time with fixed schedule (for at least 3 weekdays per week).
