Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end cabin crew recruitment cycle such as job advertisement and promotion, manage selection schedules for recruitment events, conduct screening, interviews and assessments
- Maintain candidate database, and ensure data are updated timely and accurately
- Responsible to manage recruitment data, provide insights and analysis
- Arrange background checks, pre-employment checks and other onboarding formalities
- Assist with the execution of campus recruitment events and promote UO brand & culture
- Overseas travel will be required to support recruitment events
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Passion for recruitment and employer branding
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Strong capability of analyzing data, and be up to date on recruitment technologies
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
- Collaborative, enjoy sharing ideas and a good team player
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English & Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
