Role and Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain passenger related policies and procedures, for airport and intermodal (e.g. ferry services) operations, to ensure compliance with regulatory, IATA and HKE requirements;
  • Follow up on changes or new initiatives of regulatory or HKE requirements and evaluate potential impact on ground operations, prepare notice for operational information distribution;
  • Develop and maintain network-wise, intermodal and station specific training materials that relevant to passenger and baggage services;
  • Evaluate options and identify the most cost and operational effective methodology for training delivery and manage for training record retention;
  • Prepare annual training plan and deliver trainings to both HKE staff and external services providers when required;
  • Formulate process improvement initiative and conduct regular review for operating procedures and training objectives in reference to the results of audits and incident reporting analysis;
  • Work as Ground Services representative, lead and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for development and implementation of new initiatives, products, and services;
  • Collaborate with services providers and authorities to support services and business development in Greater Bay Area;
  • Provide recommendations and proposals for designing a strategic plan to enhance the overall services delivery processes as well as customer experience;
  • Establish database to consolidate and analyses data as well as prepare presentation material for management review;
  • Identify hazard and risk, prepare risk assessment and seek advice from superior to make decision significantly affecting the operational security and/or decision regarding safety risk tolerability;
  • Oversea travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in aviation industry;
  • Solid knowledge in passenger related policies and procedures, intermodal operations or training is a must while working experience in an airline’s head office would be an advantage;
  • Strong presentation, analytical and project management skill;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office.
