STORE

  • Maintain receive, storage, and issue functions of the warehouse;
  • Perform stock-related duties, including material returns, packaging, binning, paperwork preparations and labelling, etc.;
  • Store environment monitoring, ensure the store is kept clean and organized; 
  • Ensure proper record keeping for all related documentation such as ARC, workshop reports, etc.;
  • Carry out regular stock take;
  • Support store inspector for receiving inspection functions;
  • Monitor material shelf-life; 
  • Coordinate with internal parties to arrange stock move between facilities;
  • Ensure transactions have been properly input in the MIS system;

LOGISTIC

  • Handle import and export shipments;
  • Source and select appropriate forwarder for shipments;
  • Maintain proper shipment tracking records and documentations;
  • Apply related licenses from HKGOV for import / export if required; 
  • Coordinate with service providers & internal parties to arrange material deliveries;
  • Ensure transactions have been properly input in the MIS system;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management;

The Ideal Candidate

  • Higher diploma or above qualification in Supply Chain & Logistic Management or any related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience in aircraft materials handling, store operation or shipping & logistic is preferrable;
  • Excellent analytical mind and stress resistant;
  • Willingness to wok in variable shift duty as assigned;
  • Knowledge of IATA DG regulations is a plus;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external parties; 
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Basic Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Possess Class 2 HKG driving license is preferable.
