Role Purpose

• Responsible for supporting various data analysis and reporting projects related to human resources management
• Support data exploration on the following: capture, gather and consolidate several data stream into structured format for advanced analytics
• Creating HR dashboards and visualizations to communicate results and findings using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Oversee and support the daily operation of the HR related IT systems, review their ongoing performance and provide recommendations for system enhancement;
• Prepare and draft procedures/training manuals/guidelines/ HR process maps, maintain documentation and conduct user training;
• Develop and update HR analytics reports for management review and strategic planning

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree holder, preferable major in Human Resources, Information system or related disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant experience in HRIS related fields. Familiar with HR systems and HR Analytics
• Strong project management skills, knowledge in HR SAAS applications strong advantage

Desirable Qualities

• Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and written in and organized and concise manner
• Experience in documenting and mapping of HR processes
• Data and Analytic driven
• Recognizes opportunities and issues and apply creative thinking to maximise performance
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a team. Eager to learn.
