Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the development of complex frontend features from technical design through deployment.
• Implement A/B and multivariate tests with proper tagging, tracking, and experiment guardrails.
• Implement and manage third party scripts/tags while ensuring performance, security, and privacy compliance.
• Optimize JavaScript, images, CSS, and other frontend assets to meet performance budgets.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend production issues using structured root cause analysis.
• Define and maintain frontend architecture standards, reusable components, and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to implement event tracking in Adobe Analytics.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior frontend developers through code reviews and coaching.
• Support headless-CMS-driven development (e.g., Sitecore XM Cloud) with component creation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure secure development practices, including dependency management and compliance with internal standards.
• Perform any other frontend duties or enhancements assigned by the manager. 

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience in production web applications.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern layouts (Flexbox/Grid).
• Proficient in React, including state management and testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Strong experience using Git and working within collaborative code review processes.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Hands on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics event instrumentation.
• Experience with headless-CMS-driven development (Sitecore XM Cloud preferred).
• Familiarity with server-side concepts and ability to work effectively with backend teams (ASP.NET/C#, APIs, GraphQL).
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
