Overview

HK Express is seeking a Full-Time Sustainability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for supporting and implementing sustainability initiatives within the company to reduce the company's environmental impact and promote sustainable practices among employees and stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for handling brand initiatives and content development.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of sustainability strategies and projects that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Monitor and report on the company's sustainability performance and progress towards goals to best facilitate ESG report
• Develop and deliver campaigns, newsletters and other communication materials to engage with internal and external stakeholders on the company's sustainability initiatives, i.e. social media content development, corporate website updates, intranet blogs
• Support the content development team (design and video production) by trafficking requests from different departments to content team
• Understand the content need of the company and translate it into design language for debriefing designer and videographer
• Support the team in brand initiatives including brand campaigns and collaboration, from planning to execution

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, communications or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, corporate or brand communications, aviation or a related field
• Passionate about sustainability and branding
• Project management experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations is a plus
