Role Purpose

Inflight Sales Operations

• Provide support to daily inflight sales operations.
• Responsible for ensuring inflight sales operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of HKE
• Responsible for managing service equipment for inflight service use.
• Responsible for facilitating effective communication channels to gather feedback from cabin crew on passenger needs.
• Responsible for analyzing inflight sales data, providing sales-related insights, and developing a strategic plan to maximize inflight sales.
• Responsible for developing and managing cabin crew inflight recognition program.
• Collaborate with Commercial Ops team in developing promotional strategy.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Responsible for continuously reviewing and enhancing inflight sales procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial Ops team in selecting products to be sold onboard and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial Ops team in handheld (HHC) setting.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Development team in supporting product knowledge training.
• Develop a quality control program/ inspection to ensure that catering service providers fulfil the SLA as stated in the contract.
• Perform Change Management Process for changes related to inflight sales operations.
• Support projects and initiatives in relation to daily operations assigned by AMIFSSO.

Cabin Operational Safety

• Seek advice from their supervisor to make decision significantly affecting the operational security and/or decision regarding safety risk tolerability, if they are not authorized to make such decision.

General Tasks

• Prepare IFSSO budget related to sales operations.
• Perform Management Flying when required.
• Provide support with ad-hoc matters at IFS when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years of experience in the retail industry. Cabin crew experience is preferable.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. High proficiency in Excel will be advantageous.
