Role Purpose

  • Provide technical support to HKE fleet with day-to-day activities for fleet maintenance requirements;
  • Technical assistance for in-service cabin system issues;
  • Support the continued airworthiness function;
  • Manage technical and commercial evaluation to meet the operational and regulatory requirements;
  • Provide AOG and on-site support;
  • Interact across Airline departments, Part-21 DOA providers, vendors and aircraft manufacturers;
  • Review and Evaluate ADs, SBs and other OEM technical documentation;
  • Develop EOs for the implementation of AD/SB/Part 21 requirement;
  • Compile the Task Cards per for AMS tasks;
  • Analyze the reliability issue of cabin system and recommend changes to RCB to improve/maintain reliability levels;
  • Support FOP MEL revision change (cabin items) review bases on MMEL or other Modification;
  • Perform oversight on modifications and other ad-hoc projects;
  • Support projects to induct new and used aircraft onto the Hong Kong register and entry into service;
  • Performs and carry out other duties the Assistant Manager, Technical Services may assign.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree or above qualification in Engineering or any related discipline;
  • For Engineer - Minimum 5 years of related working experience in aviation engineering;
  • Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering License is preferred;
  • Experience of working with airworthiness authorities;
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Design Organization experience preferable.
