Role Purpose

Assist Senior Engineer / Engineer to maintain HKE M&E quality & Safety system to fulfill HKCAD authority’s requirements, IOSA and HKE internal requirements as well as performing aircraft monitoring, survey and seek the improvement in the QMS to support M&E departmental KPI target (Compliance, aircraft Continue Airworthiness, Safety & Risk Management) achievement.

• Assist to prepare, conduct and follow up audits as assigned in accordance with Annual Audit Plan;
• Assist to prepare, escort and follow up CAD audit programme and ensures the Audit Corrective Action Plan is produced and that timely responses are received, are acceptable and forwarded to the CAD;
• Assist to monitoring on outstanding finding in the HKE Quality management System;
• Assist to prepare Auditor Authorization for approval; Assist to establish and monitor Audit finding database;
• Assist to conduct safety investigation;
• Assist to organize engineering manual/procedure compliance/interface review before approved;
• Assist to perform routine procedure review, focus on plan, control, check and interface with other division/ Department related to AOC and HKAR operation compliance, standard build up and improvement;
• Assist to develop and maintain M&E authorization system and is responsible for authorization stamp management;
• Assist Manager to arrange for staff’s initial/recurrent assessment/interview for company authorization;
• Assist to prepare CMR package and carry out CMR package pre-review for C of A renewal application;
• Assist quality assurance and/ or safety team(s) to perform standards and compliance detailed issues, detailed quality control issues as well as detailed quality control issues;
• Assist to implement all kinds of approval issues;
• Perform the routine job / tasks within the QA & S division, and assist different QA teams to perform the ad-hoc duties.

The Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above qualification in aircraft engineering or any related discipline;
• Minimum of 2 years' of related working experience in aircraft engineering experience.
• Possess good planning and execution ability to accomplish his/her daily activities / assigned tasks independently;
• Good at communication and coordination skill;
