Role Purpose

  • Handle the clerical tasks and maintain the update of the database as required.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects assigned by Manager Flight Operations Administration.
  • Manage FOP Administration email account and respond in a timely manner.
  • Consolidate, organize and present drafts of Crew Communications to FOP Management.
  • Assist with generating reports and data analysis, or any related tasks of system optimization projects.
  • Assist in Project Management, meeting arrangements and deliverable for the stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of system improvement processes, including UAT, verification, and system parallel running etc.
  • Ensure the documentation and projects adhere to company standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with FOP Management to determine an annual budget that aligns with the organization’s goals.

The Ideal Candidate

  • University Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years work experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent skills in MS software and database applications.
  • Good organizational skills, conscientious, mature attitude and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and technicalities

Desirable Qualities

  • Good Time Management.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or in a similar role.
