Responsibilities

Regulatory Affairs

  • Assist in managing regulatory applications, filings, and approvals across various countries and regions to facilitate the company’s network expansion.
  • Stay updated on the latest aviation legislation and regulations, ensuring the company’s operations adhere to all compliance standards.
  • Represent the airline professionally in engagements with government authorities, stakeholders, and industry partners, responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for discussions with government authorities, airports, and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage official records, ensuring proper archiving and confidentiality of sensitive documents.

Corporate Development Strategy

  • Analyse the performance of existing routes to identify opportunities for network expansion, revenue enhancement, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, market and regulatory developments to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic implications for the business.
  • Lead and support assigned projects and tasks, preparing analyses and recommendations to facilitate informed management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience; experience in the airline or wider aviation industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant business software; strong research capability and familiarity with AI tools would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to undertake duty travel as required.

  • Strong problem-solving ability, with curiosity and aptitude to understand complex systems and processes.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to remain composed when handling unfamiliar or time-sensitive tasks.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement, while able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
