Role Overview
The Specialist, Ancillary Business is responsible for identifying and developing ancillary revenue products through partnering with third party vendors. This includes the negotiation, implementation and management of partnerships, analysis of partnership performance, and identification of growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and initiatives to drive business performance
- Develop partnership products for ancillary revenue, and drive sales and product enhancement
- Manage relationships with partners/suppliers from both travel and non-travel industries
- Be responsible for day-to-day operations, administration and reporting related to ancillary revenue partnerships
- Monitor performance of existing partnership programs and provide recommendations to enhance the success of partnerships
- Ensure operation and processes align with internal guidelines and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience and relevant experience in business development/partnerships/product development
- Experience/Knowledge in the aviation/travel industry would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
