Role Purpose

Set the strategic direction for revenue management and pricing, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term commercial objectives and market positioning

Provide executive oversight of all air ticket fare structures and ancillary pricing, ensuring competitive, data-driven, and financially sound pricing decisions

Lead advanced analytical reviews to identify revenue opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend high-impact pricing and optimization strategies

Continuously assess market performance, demand trends, and the competitive landscape, proactively formulating and executing strategic responses to protect and grow market share

Champion innovation in pricing methodology, driving enhancements through modelling, analytical frameworks, and system improvements

Guide cross-functional collaboration across sales, business planning, digital/IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless pricing system development, UAT execution, and commercial planning

Partner closely with the Revenue Management Operation team to ensure consistent delivery of network-wide revenue strategies and commercial priorities

Ensure rigorous compliance with all regulatory requirements, including accurate and timely submission of fillings and adherence to relevant industry standards

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and building future leadership capabilities within the team

Oversee ad-hoc strategic analyses and executive reporting, providing leadership with insights to support decision-making
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher form a recognized institution
-
5 years commercial pricing or revenue management experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role;

Strong knowledge of Airline Revenue Management and Pricing; experience in these areas will be a significant advantage

Familiarity with Navitaire and ATPCO system is highly preferred

Practical experience in Project Management is an asset

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to details

Independent, proactive, and capale of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment

Able to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines

Proficient in Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel, with strong data-handling and modelling skills
