Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategies to drive qualified traffic to the company website and app, with ongoing tracking and analysis to optimize results across all markets, particularly in driving inbound travellers to Hong Kong from Asia.
- Plan and manage holistic marketing campaigns, focusing on digital channels such as SEO, SEM, programmatic display, and social media platforms, to achieve marketing objectives for both always-on initiatives and advertising campaigns.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and devise relevant campaigns in overseas markets with tourism boards and local partners to build brand awareness and consideration.
- Ensure brand consistency and efficiency across all channels.
- Research and develop opportunities for industry-specific digital marketing technology.
- Compile data, learnings, and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns and report back to the business.
- Compile monthly reports specific to digital and social media activities.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Coordinate with external agencies by providing directions and feedback.
- Conduct market research and prepare marketing reports as needed.
- Assist with day-to-day team operational and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working in Marketing.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline, preferably in digital marketing, marketing, or advertising.
- Substantial experience in running and developing digital marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, DV360, Bing, Yahoo JP, Naver, Baidu, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Meta.
- Understanding of social media best practices in various Asian markets.
- Strong understanding and handling of digital marketing and social media, their functionalities, and trends.
- Experience in leading through-the-line marketing campaigns, including ATL, OOH, Digital, and Social.
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns in collaboration with external partners.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Ability to copywrite and translate in English and Chinese.
- Understanding of the GBA and Asia landscape.
