Role Purpose

  • Drive strategic initiatives to deliver HK Express’ Revenue and RASK targets, and identify key areas for future revenue growth
  • Develop and implement revenue management and pricing structure best practices for low cost carrier business
  • Identify opportunities for tactical pricing actions to generate revenue growth
  • Maximise revenue per flight and deliver on price competitiveness versus the competition; Benchmark and monitor pricing strategy versus the competition
  • Develop revenue performance and trend forecast, leveraging on past and current market performance data
  • Accountable on route revenue performance targets in line with revenue budget through pricing and inventory management best practices
  • Execute different Revenue Management strategies appropriate to different distribution channels and compilation tariffs for all e-commerce channels
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date display of tariffs in CRS/GDS systems, ARINC, ATPCO etc.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of HKE’s competitive position, distribution landscape, and industry and market trends

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Revenue Management and Pricing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in low cost carrier
  • Strong commercial acumen, preferably in the Asia LCC context
  • Exposure to LCC decision-making at the senior leadership level
  • Experience in the areas of ancillary revenue management and pricing
  • Exposure to the areas of analytics, artificial intelligence, marketing, eCommerce and digital technologies

  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and across all functions
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex implementation projects
