Role Purpose

  • Proactively work with all departments and product providers to ensure ancillary products targeting Mainland China market are optimized in terms of distribution, customer experience and revenues at all times.
  • Proactively work with Digital Experience, Marketing and Data teams and optimize the airline’s WeChat Mini-program booking experience to drive ancillary products’ take-up and revenue.
  • Day-to-day management of all third-party product providers (insurance, intermodal transportation, accommodation, local experience, media sales) in Mainland China market, including monitoring of revenues, business operations and customer case handling.
  • Identify advertising sales opportunities in the Mainland China market and deliver to the monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new ancillary products and/or partnerships which align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Be responsible of Mainland China localization of the airline’s global ancillary products.
  • Provide regular reports, both data and commentary, on ancillary revenue performance and product development.
  • Support the Ancillary Revenue team in handling projects and day-to-day tasks when needed.
  • 主动与各部门及产品供应商合作,持续优化面向中国内地市场的辅营产品在分销、客户体验和收入方面的状态。
  • 主动与数字体验、市场营销和数据团队合作,优化航空公司微信小程序的预订体验,以提升辅营产品的转化率和收入。
  • 负责联系中国内地市场所有第三方产品供应商(日常管理包括保险、联运交通、住宿、本地体验、媒体销售),包括收入监控、业务运营及客户个案处理。
  • 识别大湾区/中国内地市场的广告销售机会,并实现每月销售目标。
  • 识别并开发符合公司战略目标的新辅营产品和/或合作伙伴关系。
  • 负责航空公司全球辅营产品在大湾区/中国内地市场的本地化工作。
  • 提供有关辅营收入表现和产品开发的定期报告,包括数据和分析评论。
  • 支援辅营收入团队处理项目及日常事务。

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field required;
  • Prior Aviation/Tourism experience preferred;
  • Knowledge of product management concepts and principles;
  • Good presentation skill and able to develop business case and presentation deck;
  • Happy to work independently when required;
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude;
  • Proven ability to priorities and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives;
  • Result driven; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills; proficient in both spoken and written English will be added advantage.
