Role Purpose

  • Assist in monitoring cabin crew performance and maintaining comprehensive records to support management decisions
  • Contribute to cabin crew management projects, including performance management and attendance monitoring initiatives
  • Organize and coordinate the periodic inflight performance assessments and performance checks for cabin crew
  • Assist in the promotion and probationary processes, including preparations for shortlisting, scheduling, and selection administration
  • Provide administrative support by preparing sick leave and performance records for management review
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management, maintaining flexibility in role responsibilities
  • Consult with supervisors for decisions affecting operational security and safety risk tolerability when not authorized to make such decisions

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in office administration, preferably from the aviation industry
  • Good academic qualifications and sound judgment
  • Good command in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese and an additional language is an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal communication, time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-starter with multi-tasking capability
