Role Purpose
- Lead a team of helpdesk support to help business units on desktop issues.
- Provide a single-point-of-contact Helpdesk Service to end users from receiving and handling IT-related incidents and requests;
- Provide first line determination and resolution to resolve / fulfil end users IT incidents / service requests;
- Perform technical support service of computer applications, hardware, software, networking, telecommunication systems and infrastructure IT support to users;
- Keep track of incident tickets updated and follow-up with relevant support teams / vendor in accordance within the defined SLAs;
- Prepare weekly & monthly report to management;
- Manage external vendor to provide technical support on corporate IT Infrastructure with emphasis on internal network, servers, Microsoft office365 environment and cloud infrastructure;
- Oversee and maintain all IT contracts;
- Manage IT annual operation budget to meet or exceed goals with applicable accounting requirements from financial department;
- Keep IT financial records updated in OA system and manage IT invoice settlement process;
- Coordinate with internal customer; ensure proper education, notification and communication for any new IT feature deployment Review, recommend and implement additions, modifications, and improvements to office IT tools;
- Manage a team of deskside engineers for help desk operation;
- Provide health check report on all IT infra components for smooth operation;
- Assist in Cybersecurity incident respond;
- Support 7/24 on-call for emergency support.
Qualifications
- Degree holder or above of Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years of related working experiences in IT infrastructure / Helpdesk Support with 2 years of supervisory experience;
- Understanding of Window / Office365 / LAN / WAN/ Wifi, TCP/IP networking;
- Self-motivated, proactive and customer focus attitude;
- Able to work independently and cooperate with other parties;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
