The Flight Operations Department (FOP) is currently looking for several high caliber candidates to join FOP Training as management pilots and contribute to the training and development of our cockpit crews. Opportunities exist to work in several of the areas below.

Brief Responsibilities:

• Training Program Development: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for flight operations, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and company objectives.
• Curriculum Enhancement: Continuously review and update training curricula to incorporate the latest industry practices, technological advancements, and feedback from trainees.
• Instructor Management: Lead and manage a team of flight instructors, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze training outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Innovation and Technology Integration: Explore and integrate new training technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience for pilots.

A current qualification as Instructor is an advantage but is not required for certain positions available at this time.
