Role Purpose

Invoice Handling

  • Handle invoices pertaining to the company’s commercial and operational activities in Japan with proper filings;
  • Coordinate with Finance Department on the payments of all outstanding invoices;
  • Handle enquiries regarding payments and invoices from suppliers;
  • Issue invoices related to Japan office (Sales, Subsidy).

Office Administrative duties

  • Manage the budget for necessary administrative expenses in the Tokyo office;
  • Maintaining office supplies, including checking the inventory;
  • Help organizing and maintaining office common areas;
  • Maintain and update the contract databases for Tokyo office;
  • Work with CX PPL team to update and maintain Tokyo office use guidelines;
  • Coordinate with IT support supplier on all office equipment (Telephone/Internet/Printer).

Regulatory Affairs

  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to the Government/airport authorities.
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years’ work experience, with 1 year in the aviation industry;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Independent with good team spirit and a sense of responsibility;
  • Right to work and abode in Japan;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Attention to details;
  • Able to work independently under pressure.
