Role Purpose

• Monitor daily operation for catering and inflight retail products and services
• Develop and manage the catering operations manual, detailing procedures and guidelines for efficient onboard sales
• Conduct regular analysis and reporting of revenue performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify new revenue opportunities
• Monitor product supplies and chains for smooth operations
• Investigate and analyze irregularity reports related to catering and inflight retail
• Perform regular audits at catering facilities and with vendors to ensure quality compliance
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for F&B products
• Follow reasonable instructions from the team manager
• Take ownership of and effectively manage all projects and tasks assigned by the team manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, catering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation catering industry
• Knowledge of the airline industry and catering and inflight duty-free revenue streams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
• Proficient in office tools, such as Microsoft Office
