Role Purpose
- Manage the annual campus outreach and recruitment event schedules
- Establish relationships with Hong Kong & Chinese Mainland universities and colleges to introduce UO’s employer brand and promote our job vacancies
- Work with People Culture & Engagement team, Customer & Brand team to produce recruitment marketing materials – e.g. weekly recruitment social media content in Hong Kong & Mainland social platforms
- Lead and coordinate of large-scale Career Fairs such as the annual HKIA Career Expo, Aviation Career Day etc.
- Participate in campus and career events. Introduce UO, coordinate presentations and conduct company introduction.
- Work with Public Relations team to get updated Company information. Update presentation materials regularly for recruitment and campus events
- Responsible to order and keep stock take of recruitment collaterals. Work with Customer & Brand team to keep renewing images for prints and banners
- Regular reporting of event participation statistics, and share insights with TA Managers
- Handle budget application and reimbursements for campus event related cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, HR, or related field
- 4 years of experience in employer branding, or related roles
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media and online marketing is preferred
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience with event planning and coordination
