Responsibilities: 

• Co-ordinate and implement the re-development of HK Express HRIS Transformation project
• Provide functional support in areas of core HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management and learning management
• Assist on data integration and mapping process, ensure security, end-user access and data integrity across all HR platforms
• Provide functional and UAT support such as managing enquiries from internal stakeholders, managing data integrity, system errors etc.
• Prepare and draft procedures/training manuals/guidelines/ HR process maps, maintain documentation and conduct user training;
• Develop and update HR analytics reports for management review and strategic planning

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferable major in Human Resources, Information system or related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant experience in HRIS related fields. Familiar with HR systems and HR Analytics
• Project management skills, knowledge in SAP Success Factors applications strong advantage

Desirable Qualities

• Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and written in and organized and concise manner
• Experience in documenting and mapping of HR processes
• Data and Analytic driven
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a team. Eager to learn.
