Role Purpose

  • Assist with the production of various elements in internal communication, such as news articles, video content and graphic content;
  • Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives which aim at promoting positive communication and well-being, such as Cabin Crew Forum and leisure activities;
  • Gather, monitor and analyse cabin crew’s feedback and sentiments from various channels to improve communication and engagement strategies;
  • Provide insights into enhancing the cabin crew engagement level;
  • Provide support services to the Inflight Services management team and cabin crew.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of one-year cabin crew experience with HK Express;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English;
  • Basic skills in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, etc;
  • The ability to create infographics and edit short video clips with simple tools such as Canva is preferred;
  • Experience in event management is an advantage;
  • Experience in creating and editing written content is an advantage;
  • Eagerness to facilitate effective communications and a harmonious relationship between the cabin crew community and the management team;
  • Proactivity in continuous learning and self-improvement;
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask;
  • Ability to work for at least five days of office duty per month.
