Role Purpose

  • Drive a team to develop and enhance ground operations process and procedure in Passenger, Ramp, Baggage and Cargo services aspects to achieve excellent service, safety and security requirement according to regulatory and company standard;
  • Drive the team to develop and enhance all ground operations training package including but not limited to policy, material, content, licensing, recording and procedure are all up to regulatory and company requirement;
  • Manage and upkeep the Ground Operations (including Cargo) Policy and Procedure are well established according to local authority and regulatory requirement;
  • Timely review the current policy and procedure with all stakeholders including Commercial, Cargo Sales, Ancillary revenue, Quality Assurance, Safety and Security department, In-Flight Services in order to deliver the best industrial practice and policy;
  • Manage and timely review company long-term service strategy, establish adequate strategic and resources planning, in order to secure and upkeep the company leading position in the industry;
  • Prepare and participate in maintaining IOSA register and compliance in Ground Operations perspective.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years work experience with 7 years relevant experience, including 5 years in managerial role;
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Operations (including Cargo) and IOSA requirements;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus);
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • People manager with good communication skills and a fast decision maker;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills and sensitive to figure;
  • Able to work under pressure.
