Role Purpose

  • Formulate revenue management strategies that align with company’s direction;
  • Accountability on delivering budgeted network revenue target;
  • Drive and implement the revenue management transformation initiatives;
  • Monitor demand and analyze against booking curve, historic and future booking activity and identify area of improvements;
  • Prepare in-depth data analysis and provide recommendations to improve revenue optimization;
  • Performing frequent analysis on routes operated and assist with capacity decision making;
  • Collaboration between different stakeholders to optimize commercial and revenue initiatives;
  • Lead and guide a team of specialists;
  • Ad-hoc reports and other duties as required.


  • University degree holder in relevant discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in business or commercial function, with minimum 2 year’s experience in managing a team;
  • Good knowledge of Airline Revenue Management;
  • Practical experience in Project Management preferred;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to details and accuracy;
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to lead a team;
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Proficient in Tableau, Advanced level of MS Excel;
  • Familiarity with SQL, forecasting or optimization techniques a major advantage.

  • Possess exceptional communication and argumentation skills, and willingness to challenge prevailing thinking;
  • Able to work independently and make well-informed decisions in a fast-evolving environment.
