Role Purpose

  • Conduct aircraft spare part sourcing to support AOG, critical, schedule and unscheduled maintenance requests;
  • Generate purchase, repair, loan or exchange orders and prepare approval required documents in accordance with the company procedures.
  • Maintain traceability of order documents, ensure related info and record are auditable;
  • Communicate with suppliers and monitor order status until delivery;
  • Coordinating with Store and logistics team to ensure material delivery, dispatching and stock move;
  • Monitor inventory level and perform replenishment, calculate and setup reorder point and safety stock level;;
  • Conduct periodical inventory data review and identify slow movers / surplus material;
  • Ensure the accuracy of daily operation data input and all transactions have been properly input in the MIS system;
  • Handle order related invoices, perform vetting and monitor the payment process as well as dispute if necessary;
  • Establish effective communication and relationship with internal stakeholders, suppliers / service providers;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in engineering related discipline, supply chain management or equivalent qualification;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experiences, preferably in aircraft maintenance MRO, airlines or aviation industry;
  • Good knowledge of aircraft spare part sourcing and/or component repair management plus supply chain management;
  • Knowledge of aircraft spare parts related documents such as IPC, CMM and AN16 & 17.
  • Ability of multi-tasking, excellent analysis skill, logical thinking and stress resistant;
  • Willingness to work in variable shift duty if necessary;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external parties;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
