Role Purpose

  • Co-ordinate the re-development of the HRIS as well as the development of other HR related systems including the digitization of current paper forms;
  • Liaise and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure that HR IT projects remain on track and are completed according to schedule; 
  • Oversee the daily operation of the HR related IT systems, review their ongoing performance and provide recommendations for system enhancement;
  • Prepare and draft procedures/training manuals/guidelines/ HR process maps, maintain documentation and conduct user training;
  • Develop and update HR analytics reports for management review and strategic planning

Qualifications

  • Degree holder, preferable major in Human Resources, Information system or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in HRIS related fields. Familiar with HR systems
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge in the implementation and usage of Oracle / SAP SuccessFactors / Workday full suite HRIS a strong advantage

Desirable Qualities

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and written in and organized and concise manner
  • Experience in documenting and mapping of HR processes
  • Ability to evaluate and determine the best solution forward when responding to a request from various group in HR and make necessary changes
  • Recognizes opportunities and issues and apply creative thinking to maximise performance
  • Full-life-cycle HRIS project implementation experiences is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a team. Eager to learn.
