Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to help drive enterprise digital workplace transformation through AI agents, automation, and productivity solutions.
This role focuses on building practical and scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve employee experience, streamline workflows, and support new ways of working across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong technology understanding with curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for applying AI and automation to real business challenges.

Responsibilities

AI & Automation Solutions

• Design, build, and support AI agents, automation workflows, and digital workplace solutions
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and collaboration platforms
• Support both low-code and code-based solution development where required
• Continuously improve scalability, usability, and maintainability of solutions

Digital Workplace Transformation

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and simplify internal processes using AI and automation
• Partner with business and IT teams to deliver practical digital solutions
• Support pilot programs, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive digital culture through internal showcases, documentation and recognition of digital champions

Governance & Standards

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, access control, and governance requirements
• Contribute to reusable standards, best practices, and operational support models
• Support sustainable and scalable adoption of AI technologies across departments

Qualifications

Core Requirements

• Experience in AI, automation, digital workplace, platform engineering, or internal tools development
• Understanding of AI agents, workflow automation, integrations, and enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with APIs, GitHub, development workflows, and cloud-based environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to solve business problems

Advantage

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or enterprise collaboration platforms
• Exposure to AI orchestration, RAG, or modern AI frameworks
• Experience in enterprise transformation, process improvement, or technology enablement initiatives
