Position Objective:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on hiring cabin crew for the Inflight Services Department at HK Express.


Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition in overseeing the entire recruitment process for cabin crew positions, ensuring seamless and efficient candidate experience.
  • Support the implementation of effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting qualified cabin crew candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, document checks, and reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Participate in various recruitment events, career fairs, and outreach programs to source potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and allocate induction classes for new hires to ensure comprehensive onboarding experience.
  • Arrange onboarding logistics for new recruits, including coordinating medical appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation as necessary.
  • Support overseas new hires in completing required documentation to obtain Hong Kong work visas.
  • Overseas travel for recruitment events is required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on mass recruitment or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and talent attraction strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience as a cabin crew member is an advantage.
