Reporting line: Manager, System Analysis
Role Purpose:
• Develop and maintain websites and mobile applications
• Develop data transformation programs (ETL and ELT)
• Develop serverless functions/microservice (e.g., Cloud Run Functions/Lambda Functions)
• Perform unit testing, support UAT and production deployment
• Assist in updating technical documentation
• Collaborate with the team to drive and deliver PoC initiatives
• Support ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and IT Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in frontend application development. Experience in backend development, automation, and/ or ETL development is a plus
• Familiar with the FastAPI backend framework. Proficient in Python, API design, security, and performance optimization
• Proficient in Java and NextJS. C# programming is a plus
• Experience in SQL programming; Experience in MySQL, GCP Cloud SQL, or PostgreSQL is a plus
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming design and software development lifecycle. Experience in cloud programming is a plus
• Experience in CD/CI tools (Github, Dockers, Maven, etc) is a plus
• A strong mindset of data security and data privacy
• A team player with good problem-solving and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Passionate about tackling challenges and committed to self-improvement
