HK Express aspires to become the leading best practice LCC in the region, and the line maintenance team is accountable to deliver safe, reliable and compliant aircraft by providing efficient maintenance execution and transit operation oversight at home base and the network. This position will station in Taiwan to oversee the overall aircraft maintenance duties.

Role Purpose

• Perform aircraft maintenance duties among flights which include but are not limited to aircraft inspection, certification, AOG spare part inspection, riding duty as well as heavy maintenance check on-site support
• Ensure all maintenance works on aircraft, engines, components, and equipment are recorded and carried out properly
• Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification
• Monitor and coordinate with MRO in controlling the aircraft fleet's technical status
• Assist MCC to establish the fleet aircraft’s defect database records
• Establish a good co-operational relationship with MROs, service providers, and agents
• Assist in other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree or above qualification in aircraft engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in airlines M&E / MRO in Taiwan or Hong Kong
• Possess valid aircraft maintenance basic license(s) - HKAR, FAA, EASA, etc.
• Holder of a Taiwan National Identification Card and eligible to work in Taiwan
• Familiarize with using technical manuals
• Exposure in A320 series aircraft maintenance certification experience is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
• Ability to work under pressure with good decision making
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Require shift duties on a roster basis
