Responsibilities:

  • Complete accountability for Greater Bay Area growth marketing, ensuring from both a growth and return-on-investment perspective
  • Daily monitoring of performance for all growth marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Affiliates, META, Display, Email, and apps)
  • Development and implementation of China social media strategy & content creation to feed its all social media platforms;
  • Agency liaison and management to drive business targets and ROI;
  • Develop & manage brand advocates; consistently build positive word of mouth for both HKE brand & products;  
  • Work closely with eCommerce team to develop digital products (mini app) & create new revenue streams from direct channels;
  • Ensure effective budget management across all relevant channels;
  • Analyse, interpret, and communicate key business metrics to commercial team in HK;
  • Develop and implement large-scale growth marketing strategies across relevant regions to maximize revenue and ROI for all growth marketing channels;
  • Cross-team coordination to ensure consistency of messaging and guest experience; work closely with sales team on local sales activities;

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree ; Masters Degree qualification is a plus
  • Have 5+ years of directly related experience (marketing for FMCG or LCC or digital companies or online travel retail brands) is preferred;
  • Have extensive online marketing expertise, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in multiple performance marketing disciplines, actively leading multi-million dollar programs through SEM and programmatic platforms
  • Significant knowledge of the local market including consumer psychographics, market nuances and trends
  • Proficient in understanding of China specific social media channels (Tik Tok, The Red, Weibo and WeChat)
  • Highly analytical and methodical with a problem-solving approach; you are metric focused and utilise a test-and-learn culture and data driven decision-making
  • Have a consistent record of delivering week over week improved performance within an e-commerce environment
  • Experienced in creating, and comfortable with delivering compelling presentations to the stakeholders
  • Creative thinker, Goal-oriented, self-starter
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin as well as Cantonese
  • Right to work and abode in China
