Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source aircraft component spares;
  • Produce Purchase Orders and issue to the selected suppliers;
  • Ensure purchased items are provided by suppliers within the required time;
  • Administrate and manage the lead time of the purchase orders;
  • Communicate with the suppliers for any discrepancy;
  • Monitor the removed component in unserviceable or quarantine condition;
  • Create repair order for the removed component;
  • Conduct the component repair management;
  • Implement component modification management required by engineering order, airworthiness directors and/or service bulletin, etc;
  • Cycle manage all the purchase order, repair order and warranty repair order;
  • Manage and deploy the scrap component;
  • Supply any AOG requirement for the fleet.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business;
  • Previous experience in aircraft component control is preferred;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus;
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered to be Assistant Officer, Procurement (Inventory Control).

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong analytical thinking skills, and stress resistant;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Willingness to travel when required.
